Join for INDEPENDENT SPIRITS – a unique pairing of Bourbon & Cinema!
We will have a very special guest in store:
Filmmaker Stu Pollard will join us as we merge the magic of making
movies and selecting bourbon. Stu has an exciting new survival thriller (RUST CREEK) releasing this month. The film was shot entirely in Kentucky.
Being a Louisville native, Stu also has a natural affinity for our home
spirit and in fact personally selected (with a little help from his
friends at The Wine Rack) a barrel of Knob Creek 120. We will be
sampling this delicious, hand-selected bourbon alongside a new Single
Barrel offering by New Riff Distilling of Newport, KY.
Stu and actor Daniel R. Hill will be on hand to chat with us about the
movie and the bourbons, sign bottles purchased in the store that day,
and give away a few film related goodies as well. Please join us, &
shake off that January chill with some stimulation for your body, mind
and soul.
Cheers!
The Wine Rack will be hosting a very special guest this Thursday
evening. Come by the store from 4 pm-6 pm and meet Marianne Eaves, the
Master Distiller of Castle & Key Distillery. Castle & Key is
quickly becoming one of our store’s, and the region’s, best selling
brands. Marianne Eaves is Kentucky’s first woman to hold this
illustrious title, and we are honored to have her in our store. We will
be sampling the Castle & Key Vodka and Gin.
