Varanese Dinner: Tradition vs. Innovation

Check out this one-of-a-kind wine and dining experience at Varanese restaurant, which features a six round battle royale between innovative and traditional wines. Each of Chef John Varanese’s six delicious courses are paired with two hand-selected wines: one representing the old world terroir influence on wine making, and one showcasing new world craftsmanship.
The evening includes twelve outstanding wines, each representing the best in their category, from the United States, Australia, Germany, France, and Italy. Hand-selected by Chef John and Sommelier John Johnson of the Wine Rack, these wines highlight the culinary creativity of Chef John. Mr. Johnson is our guest speaker for the evening, on hand to share his opinions and expertise.
The cost is $65 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
